Privacy policy
Last updated: July 2026 · Effective: July 2026
AISME.AI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, website visitors, and business contacts. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
When you use our website or services, we may collect: contact information you submit (name, email, company); usage data through privacy-first analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking); and business data you share during onboarding to configure your AI agents.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and deliver services you've requested
- To configure and maintain your AI agent deployments
- To send the newsletter or updates you've opted into
- To improve our platform (aggregated, anonymised analytics only)
AI model data
For cloud subscription clients: we use enterprise API contracts with strict zero-data-retention policies. Your prompts, inputs, and outputs are never used to train any third-party model. For on-premise clients: all data stays within your own infrastructure and never reaches our servers.
Third-party services
We use: Formspree (form submission routing), Plausible Analytics (privacy-first analytics, no cookies, no personal data collected), and Cal.com (scheduling). Each has its own privacy policy and is selected for alignment with ours.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email hello@aisme.ai with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
